- Prepare detailed appraisal reports and valuations, including narratives, photographs, and supporting data. Help in the preparation of appraisal reports by organizing data, drafting sections of reports, and ensuring all information is accurate and complete.

- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather necessary information and respond to inquiries as needed.

- Ensure all appraisals comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standards and ethical practices.

- Maintain accurate records of appraisals, including data sources and methodologies used.

- Stay updated with changes in real estate laws, market conditions, and appraisal techniques.
